Small Group Training (Boot Camp)

This option is ideal for the individual who enjoys a group setting and wants to have unlimited training session options.

At the start of your training with us you’ll have an initial consultation and fitness assessment to assess your starting point and determine realistic goals by providing you an individualized recommendation to achieve those goals.

Sessions are limited to no more than 12 people, so you get individualized instruction and supervision from one of our Fitness Coaches. Training sessions are instructor-led and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.

Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you always make progress. You can join one of our established group sessions—or start your own!

Get 5 friends together, pick training days and times, and we’ll assign you an expert trainer !

We recommend that at a minimum you train with us 3x a week for group training to ensure success and maximizing results.
